ISO 9001

The ISO 9000 family of standards relate to quality management systems and are designed to help organizations ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders. The standards are published by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and available through National standards bodies.

GDP Passport

Born from the need for all stakeholders involved in the Life Sciences industry to ensure supply chain integrity and product safety for the end consumer, the Irish Exporters Association, in close collaboration with the Irish Medicine Board, drew up the Good Distribution Practices Passport Scheme with the main objective of helping to ensure that Ireland remains the preferred location for Life Sciences companies to develop, manufacture and distribute their products internationally.

Regulated Agent

A regulated agent is an authorised operator that conducts security controls of cargo in compliance with specific requirements laid down by the Civil Aviation Authority. Consequently, the cargo may be dispatched more efficiently and easier at the airport when shipped through a regulated agent.

Authorised Economic Operator

AEO status is a certified standard issued by customs administrations in the EU. It certifies that a business has met certain standards in relation to their security, management systems, compliance with customs rules and ongoing solvency. Under a World Customs Organisation (WCO) initiative an AEO certification may eventually be recognised worldwide.

TAPA A

The Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) is a non profit organization of security professionals and related business partners from technology companies who have come together for the purpose of addressing the emerging security threats that are common to the relevant industries. TAPA A is the highest standard set by the association.
